Newsletter FebruaryIf Jesus wrote us a love letter for Valentines, what would He say about His love for us? Certainly, I am not trying to put words in the mouth of Jesus, but I can see Him writing the following love letter to us.
My Beloved Child, I have loved you from the beginning — before you took your first breath, before one moment of your life unfolded. I formed you with care, knitted you together with purpose, and breathed My life into your soul. You are not an accident; you are precious to Me. When your heart aches, I feel it. When you rejoice, I smile with you. There is no moment of your life I do not see, no pain I do not understand, and no burden I will not carry with you. I am close — nearer than you think — always walking beside you, even when you do not see Me. I came to earth for you. I endured loneliness, rejection, suffering, and death so that nothing could ever separate us. Sin tried to steal you, but I gave everything to bring you back. The cross was not defeat; it was the gateway to life — your life made whole, healed, and forever wrapped in grace. You don’t have to earn My love. You already have it. You don’t have to hide your scars or mask your brokenness. I see it all and still call you Mine. Trust Me with your wounds, and I will bring you into healing. Trust Me with your past, and I will redeem it for good. Let Me be your peace, your strength, your hope. I am always the same — steady and true when the world shifts and shakes. When others fail you, I never will. My promises are sure, and My faithfulness never ends. Beloved, lift your eyes. You are never forgotten. I have written your name on My heart. I am coming for you again, but until then, walk in My love and carry it to others. You are the light I send, the voice I speak through, the hands I use to touch a hurting world. Forever and always, I am yours. With unending love, Jesus As we celebrate Valentine’s Day, let us remember the great love that Jesus has for us. He gave us the best Valentine’s gift ever when He sacrificially gave of Himself upon the cross so that we could have everlasting life – John 3:16. |
