Associate Pastor Part-Time Associate Pastor/Outreach Minister Wanted
Upper Seneca Baptist Church is seeking a dedicated and spiritually driven individual to serve as a Part-Time Associate Pastor/Outreach Minister.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about:
- sharing the Gospel,
- building community relationships,
- and supporting the spiritual growth of our congregation.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Senior Pastor with preaching, teaching, and pastoral care duties
- Leading and coordinating outreach ministries and evangelism efforts
- Developing new initiatives to engage the local community and grow the church’s presence
- Facilitating small groups, Bible studies, and service projects
- Supporting worship services and church events as needed
